Janet Goodrich Ph.D. (1942-1999)
For twenty years from the age of seven Janet wore
thick glasses for myopia and astigmatism. After studying Reichian
therapy as well as the Bates and Corbett Methods she was able to
discard her glasses completely. Janet completed training as a
Reichian therapist, obtained her Ph.D. in psychology on vision &
character, and determined to help others improve their eyesight.
Over her more than thirty years in this field Janet designed the
courses and wrote the books that have helped thousands of people
around the world to see clearly. She also trained hundreds of
Instructors in her method. Her two books have been printed in more
than seven languages around the world and remain popular. They
include ‘Natural Vision Improvement’ and ‘Help Your Child to Perfect
Eyesight Without Glasses’. (Currently printed in the USA as ‘How to
Improve Your Child’s Eyesight Naturally, a Thoughtful Parent’s
Guide’ by Inner Traditions Publishing.)
Carina Goodrich
Carina Goodrich was born in Los Angeles and moved to Australia with her family in 1983. The
second daughter of world-renowned eyesight educator and author Dr. Janet Goodrich, Carina was raised on
natural health principles and a steady diet of vision student’s delight and amazement at being able to
change the way they see.
Carina worked in Janet’s offices from high school age, and after a 2 year sojourn in medical offices
in the USA she returned home to Australia to train as a Janet Goodrich Method Teacher. Completing her
training in 1996, Carina co-taught Seminars, Vision Retreats and Instructor Trainings with Janet until 1999.
Since 2003 she has continued to offer individual consultation, run seminars, Instructor Training courses
and create products for vision improvement.
She is delighted to live in Crystal Waters, Queensland with her partner Ben and 2 sons, Aerro and Zephyr.
Daniel Sheehan
Daniel Sheehan was born in Brisbane, Australia. He began his career in sales and service before moving
into project management, ranging from large 'bricks & mortor' businesses to internet related products and
services.
With his orientation on family, in 2006 Daniel moved his focus further into internet based business
and marketing. Being a myope himself Daniel had great interest in natural ways of improving eyesight and
immediately saw the benefits of the Janet Goodrich Method for himself and everyone who wants to free
themselves from glasses.
Daniel is happily married with two children and recently moved out of Brisbane to the beautiful town
of Kilcoy, Queensland.
