Great job ! These videos were helpful for me. Thank you
I hope you make more videos.
Best regards

Many thanks for this… an actual demonstration is so much better than a written explanation. My eyes felt so much softer once I’d done this exercise a few times and my clarity visibly improved.
Thank you Carina for those videos, very much appreciated and very helpful. It helps to keep me motivated.
Love and Peace to you
Nancy
Thank you , Carina, You gave me a hope.
Hi Carina, you’ve done wonderful videos! Thanks. BTW, are your vision 20/20? If you have perfect vision, would you like to do a video that shows what saccadic eye movement looks like? It’s hard to find someone with perfect vision who doesn’t have LASIK or wears contacts.
Thanks for the demonstration, Carina. It was slightly different from how I imagined it to be from reading your book. Great tips!
Hello Carina, thank you so much for this video. It makes the eye exercise thing achievable . Thankyou for your generosity and dedication to the work you do. I also want to thank you for the considerate and efficient service of your business. A while ago I ordered one of your eyesight kits and I know you made a special effort to have it delivered ASAP. Thankyou
Thank you for sharing this clearly explained activity.
thank you
